Handcrafted using a circular bronze die and rolled out by hand

Wholemeal pasta made with spelt flour, grown and processed in the WWF Oasis of Lake Penne nature reserve, mixed with the spring waters of the Majella National Park.

The limited-edition artisanal production of this specialty is bronze-drawn, hand-rolled, and slowly dried for 36-48 hours at low temperatures, ensuring a natural, easily digestible food with a unique flavor.
