Made with the sweet, raw juice from delicately pressed Trebbiano grapes, it's then blended with white wine vinegar and aged in French oak and ash barrels. This process preserves all the fruity and floral aromas of the grape, creating a condiment whose pleasant acidity is offset by fresh fruity and citrus notes.

Giusti Agrodolce Bianco is made from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano grapes, yielding a particularly sweet juice. This is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars and aged in French oak and ash barriques. This process preserves the grape's fruity and floral aromas, creating a delightful condiment thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruit and dried citrus.
