The first steps to create this delicacy are the same as our buffalo carpaccio, but without the final smoking.

Made from fresh flank steaks, this all-Italian product is seasoned using the dry-salting technique: a long, careful manual massage that ensures tender meat and a consistent flavor. Light beechwood aging adds a finishing touch that enhances the meat's natural aromas. A specialty that combines tradition and well-being: only 1.5% fat and very low cholesterol levels, for a healthy and tasty diet.
