The products of I salumieri di Castel Castagna use only meat from their own farms. All pigs are born and raised in 15 stables spread across the farms throughout Abruzzo. The farms, all in the high hills, are located in Castel Castagna , Colledoro , and Arsita (Teramo) .

NOTE: Product weight varies by piece, between 6.5kg and 7.5kg per piece.
