Strolghino Salami PGI

High-quality charcuterie, high-quality pleasures

A prized delicacy, in the Parma tradition it is the first salami of the season, to be enjoyed still fresh after about twenty days of curing.

The name strolghino derives from "strolga," meaning "fortune teller" in dialect. It takes this name from the fact that it was used to predict the maturation process of larger salamis.
