Type "1" flour with wheat germ for cakes, tarts and biscuits is designed and created by master pastry chef Salvatore De Riso .

This cake flour is made with a blend of specific grains for making shortcrust pastry, sponge cake, and cakes. The dough is quick and easy to make, with a very smooth consistency. The finished product has a well-balanced texture and is particularly crumbly.

Ideal for desserts. When mixed 50/50 with "Sal De Riso – type 0" flour, it becomes the perfect base for puff pastry desserts.
