Classic "00" flour

Molino Colombo's Classiche range is dedicated to baking professionals, as well as enthusiasts of homemade pasta, pizza, and bread.

This flour contains non-EU grains and a selection of the finest protein grains from the European Community. Suitable for making long starters up to 48 hours long. The dough is characterized by its flexibility and firmness during leavening. Its use is universal: suitable for making puffed bread and ciabatta, and it ensures a long shelf life for the bread.

An excellent flour cannot be satisfied with having optimal rheological characteristics: it must be able to create bread with a thin crust, a straw-yellow color, a balanced and soft air bubbles, and a long shelf life.

Furthermore, this flour contains no added gluten – which is not necessary given the high use of high-quality grains.

Also ideal for making pizza, pasta and homemade bread.
